Adding to this milestone, the company completed its management buyout in March 2025, positioning it for continued success and growth in the years ahead.

As part of this exciting transition, Matthew McFarlane, the company’s sales director, has joined the board of directors alongside Managing Director, Ian Turnbull. Matt brings extensive industry expertise and leadership to his new role, building on his deep understanding of the business and the strong relationships he has cultivated with clients over the years.
